STEP 1

Call and make an appointment for us to come and visit you.

It is important for us to come and inspect the site first to ensure we totally understand your  project and requirements before you visit us in the showroom to specify product.

STEP 2

After our first consultation on site we will give you a budget estimate of cost to complete the works.

If you are happy to proceed further with MOJO  we will make and appointment for  you to visit our showroom to go through design and choose all fixtures needed to complete your bathroom.

STEP 3

​

If you are happy to engage MOJO to commence work we will sign a contract with you which will compromise all aspects of the project with a detailed programme of what will take place and when, with start and completion dates.

​

We will also provide a detailed list of all items you have selected from the. showroom for sign off.

STEP 4

​

The next step is for us to commence work.

You will be assigned a MOJO site supervisor who will take care of your project from start to finish being your main point of contact.

​

There will be a series of checkpoints while completing the works as part of our ITP to ensure your satisfaction of quality throughout the process.

STEP 5

​

On completion of the project we will do a final inspection with you before handing over the bathroom to ensure complete satisfaction with the work completed.

You will be provided with a full set of hand over documents including Operations Maintenance Manuals, Warranties and Certifications.
